SMYTH JEWELERS RETURN POLICY
We are so glad that you decided to order with us and we hope that you love the items that you chose. If, for whatever reason, you would like to begin a return with us, we would be happy to accept unused or manufacturer defective merchandise. You can choose to exchange for another size, style, or another item altogether within the return process! We accept returns 30 days from the shipping date. For December Holiday returns, we will extend the return/exchange period until January 31st, 2025.
The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund or calculated into your balance if you choose to exchange for another item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds can be chosen to return to your original method of payment or as a store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery for returns to be approved and processed.

If you made your purchase in store, please drop by any of our 3 locations with your purchase that you would like to return or exchange.
